The Ag. Executive D Dr. Ken Asembo attended the 2nd High Level Horn of Africa Dialogue series in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from 18th -21st April, organized by Ethiopia’s Institute of Foreign Affairs. He later held a consultative meeting with H.E Mr Jafar Bedru, the Executive Director of the Institute of Foreign Affairs.
