An Associate Professor in Business and Management Sciences, leading the PhD program at the University of Nairobi. Previously, he served as Assistant Professor of Economics at Kentucky State University (USA) and as an adjunct lecturer at Strathmore Business School. With editorial roles for the African Journal of Business and Management (AJBUMA), a Standard Newspaper column, and prolific publications, he is an influential figure. Prof. Iraki is a recognized media commentator, active in both national and international seminars. He co-founded the Operations Management Society of Kenya (OMSK) and the Happy Valley Heritage Trust (Heritage Trust Kenya). His research centres on entrepreneurship, economic growth, innovation, national competitiveness, trade, and productivity. As a Fulbright Scholar, he holds a PhD in Economics from Jackson State University (USA), an MBA from the University of Nairobi, and Master's and bachelor's degrees in education from Kenyatta University.
