Ms Jaki Mbogo is a crime and violence prevention expert with nearly 20 years of experience in international development, capacity development, evaluation, and learning in international non-governmental organizations. Ms. Mbogo is currently the Chief of Party of the REINVENT Programme at Tetra Tech International Development. The REINVENT program works in 18 counties across the country to enable investment, inclusive growth, and equitable service delivery. She also currently serves as the governing council member of the National Research Centre, and a Co-chair of the Kenya National Taskforce on Women Peace and Security.
Previously, she served as the Programme Manager at the Open Society Initiative for Eastern Africa and Team Lead at the Safer world. She is currently pursuing a PhD in African Women Studies at the University of Nairobi (UoN). Ms. Mbogo holds a Bachelor’s degree from Kenyatta University and a Master of Arts in Development Studies from the University of Nairobi.
