Mr. Samuel Otieno is the Non-Resident Fellow for the Development Pillar at the Global Centre for Policy and Strategy. He is an accomplished security expert with 40 years working experience. His expertise is in the areas of policy development, environment, migration, human development and research.  He has published on diverse areas including refugee studies, violent extremism, and migration with a focus on Kenya. His academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Armed Conflict and Peace Studies, a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, and a Diploma in International Studies.
