Is the Southern Africa Director at the Institute for Economics and Peace. His work involves sharing insights and developing programs on issues of peace, development, ecological threats and Positive Peace throughout Sub Saharan Africa. In his current role, he has managed to influence strategic initiatives for building lasting peace at both national and regional level. He has led numerous trainings, workshops, and projects across Africa on Positive Peace and development with diverse partners that include UNESCO, Rotary International and World Vision. In the three years that he has been at IEP he has also managed to grow and maintain stakeholder relationships with varying partners on the African continent and beyond. The Institute for Economics and Peace (IEP) is the world’s foremost international think-tank dedicated to building a greater understanding of the interconnection between peace, development, and economics with particular emphasis on the economic benefits of peace. IEP’s ground-breaking research includes the Global Peace Index - the world’s leading measure of peacefulness. In previous capacities he has led and supported policy and initiatives for Youth Development as well as Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights.
