She is currently pursuing a PhD in Security Studies at Kenyatta University where her dissertation focuses on humanitarian aid delivery in conflict-affected areas. Ida also serves as an Information Analyst for the Sudan Analysis Hub under ACAPS, a program of the Norwegian Refugee Council.
