Dr Luchetu Likaka is an experienced research fellow with a strong dedication to criminal justice research. Currently working as a Consultant at Expertise Criminologique Kenya, he has contributed significantly to publications exploring topics such as cultural dynamics in pastoral conflicts among the Samburu and Pokot communities in Kenya, as well as the implementation of community policing by security agencies in Njoro sub-county, Nakuru, Kenya. Holding a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Stirling, a Master's in Sociology from Egerton University, and a post-graduate diploma in criminal justice/police science from the University of Witwatersrand, Dr. Likaka's educational background reflects his commitment to in-depth understanding and analysis of criminal justice issues.
