Is the Head of Strategy and Analysis at the Centre for Security and Strategic Studies (CSSS) and Senior Lecturer at the National Defence University-Kenya. He holds a PhD in Information Systems (Kisii University), MSc in Information Systems (UoN), BSc in Information Sciences (Moi), G2 and G3 Command and Staff Course (DSC), PgD in Strategic Studies (UoN), CPA (Part 1, Section I & II) and Certificate in Senior leadership & Command Management (Kenya School of Government). He has over 23 years’ hands-on experience in defence, academia, research, industry and management in aviation, aircraft maintenance, ICT, information sciences, policy, strategy, defence and security.
