Brigadier (Rtd) Foustine O Sirera is an Independent Security and Defence Consultant. He is a Senior Associate Advisor at Alceon, Senior Non-Resident Fellow at The Global Centre for Policy and Strategy (GLOCEPS), and Senior Researcher at The Consulting House (TCH) - (Policy Innovation and Security Think Tank). Brigadier (Rtd) Sirera has been a Security Training Consultant at SGA Security. He is a professional military officer who served diligently before retiring from the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) in 2013 after 34 years of service. In the course of his service, he held various command and staff appointments among them, Command of a Brigade and Chief of Training and Doctrine at Defence Headquarters.
